Made this for years and I noticed some were asking for recipe when viewing Magic Crust Custard Pie.

1 Cup
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 Cup
butter softened
1 Cup
granulated sugar
1/2 Cup
bisquick baking mix
2 squares
unsweetened baking chocolate melted

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 1 min.
Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350* for 30 minutes or till top springs back. Flour settles and makes its own crust.
Cool completely then top with whipped cream.

You are welcome! Ive made this so many times since I came across your recipe. AND I invested in a blender finally. It was well worth the 12.00 I spent on it. HA! I see you still have my picture. It was so hard not to devour the piece as I waited for the ice cream to melt just enough to make it a great photo!

Good Golly! 568 pinches on this old recipe!!! Hope everyone is enjoying it. Karen's sub for baking chocolate squares is a real help when you want to whip this up and you're missing the squares! Thanks Karen

You may all be tired of my posts...but had to let people know. I didn't have baking chocolate, so I used the specified equivalent for baking cocoa (3 tab cocoa plus 1 tab oil for each square)...also, I do not own a blender, so I whipped it on high with my 6 speed mixer and poured it into a greased disposable aluminum pie pan. It came out perfectly. I could not be more pleased.
