Made this for years and I noticed some were asking for recipe when viewing Magic Crust Custard Pie.

Ingredients

2
eggs
1 Cup
milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 Cup
butter softened
1 Cup
granulated sugar
1/2 Cup
bisquick baking mix
2 squares
unsweetened baking chocolate melted

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 1 min.

Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350* for 30 minutes or till top springs back. Flour settles and makes its own crust.

Cool completely then top with whipped cream.

    OMG! This is the "Bomb"! Everyone enjoyed it and I will be making this again and again. So easy and so yummy! I'm so glad we have a blender!

    Lori What kind of pie pan did you use? Just a thought I had.

    hi susan - i used a regular pyrex 9" pie pan. i did spray it with butter pam . . . wonderful pie!

    Thats good Lori...I wanted to note that it doesn't seem to work if you use those pampered chef stoneware pie plates. Trial and error! LOL
    This is such an old recipe and I'm sure there are the other Magic Crust or Impossible Pies from way back on here too. Impossible Coconut/Impossible Custard to name a few. :)
