My family loves my pecan pie and they are so delicious and sweet and tasty. I make them for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients

1 c
karo light corn syrup
3
eggs
1 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/2 c
(6 oz.) pecans
1
unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F. Stir the first 5 ingredients thoroughly using a spoon. Mix in pecans. Pour in pie crust. Bake on center rack of oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
