Lemony Lemon Pie- No-Bake!

- 1- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 1- 4 oz. box sugar-free instant lemon pudding
- 1 c cold milk (reduced fat is fine)
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 pkg. sugar free lemon drink mix (crystal lite)
- 8 oz. container cool-whip free
1Combine Cream cheese through drink mix in a bowl and beat on low or with a whisk until combined and smooth.
2Gently fold in 1/2 of the Cool whip.
Spoon into a crumb crust of choice, graham or Nilla.
3Stir a little more drink mix into the remaining Cool-Whip and place on top of the pie.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
