This is a recipe from The Foster's Market Cookbook, their specialty is cherries. I really like Chess Pie and though I haven't tried this recipe the picture is awesome. I have been looking for Sour Cherry Recipes. There is a tree between me and my next door neighbor. It's beautiful when it blooms then the red cherries are lovely when pulling into my drive. I froze some of the cherries and am wanting to use them. I've never cooked much with Sour Cherries but did make cobblers in the spring this year. I believe this recipe would be very tasty and attractive to look at.
