I can't remember where I got this recipe, but have made it many time, I use my fresh from the garden pumpkin puree...mm mm good
cream cheese (softened)
9 inch graham cracker crust
1Preheat oven to 325
2In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Beat till smooth, beat in 1 egg at a time.
Remove a cup of batter, and spread on bottom of crust, and set aside.
3Add pumpkin,cinnamon,cloves, and nutmeg to remaining batter. Stir till well blended. Carefully spread over the batter in the crust.
4Bake in pre heated oven for 35-40 min. or until center is set.Cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with cool whip, before serving.
