Ingredients

graham crackers
1 pkg
sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
2 c
cold milk or fat-free milk
1 c
low-fat cool whip
1 can(s)
cherry pie filling or other fruits or sugar-free pie filling

Step-By-Step

1Mix pudding with milk and cool whip.

2In a 9x9 pan layer bottom with crackers,next 1/2 of the vanilla pudding mixture, next cracker, next last 1/2 of pudding mixture and top with cherry filling or other fruit filling. Chill over night.
Serve

3Use vanilla wafer in place of graham crackers
Use sugar-free chocolate pudding in place of vanilla pudding
Use blueberry pie or other fruit pie filling in place of cherry pie filling
