The BEST Key Lime Pie I have ever had!!! And it is very easy to make & can be made into a cheesecake very easily. Rode's makes & bottles their own key lime juice.

Ingredients

1 - 9" graham cracker pie crust
1 - 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces cool whip
1/2 cup rodes homemade key lime pie juice
TO MAKE INTO CHEESECAKES:
2 - 10" graham cracker pie crust
the same next 3 ingredients
5 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature

How To Make key lime pie (rode's style - bonita springs, fla)

Step 1

Mix condensed milk with cool whip (medium speed) until blended. Add RODES key lime juice to mixture. Blend well. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream.

Step 2

FOR CHEESECAKES: Do the same as above, but before pouring into crusts add cream cheese & mix well. NOTE: FOR REGULAR PIE THIS RECIPE MAKES 1 PIE. FOR CHEESECAKE THIS RECIPE MAKES 2 CHEESECAKES.
