Karen's Buttermilk Pie
Add the flour and salt and blend.
Add buttermilk and the vanilla and stir until well mixed.
Pour into 9 inch or larger pie shells and bake at 350 degrees until the pie no longer jiggles in the middle. I bake mine for 45 minutes, however, depending on your oven it may take up to 30 minutes longer. Cool before cutting.
Note: This can be made with a mixer and is also easy to do without one.
