1 stick margarine - melted
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c pecans, in pieces
1/2 c coconut
1 pinch salt
1 unbaked pie shell

My mom made this yummy pie when I was a child. It is a wonderful twist on pecan pie.

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until set.

wow this sounds good... the Mr does not like raisins... so me thinks I'll attempt to make some mini pies with this one... I'll let you know it turns out... raisins,pecans and coconut are my fav for desserts
