My mom made this yummy pie when I was a child. It is a wonderful twist on pecan pie.

Ingredients

1 stick
margarine - melted
2
eggs
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
raisins
1/2 c
pecans, in pieces
1/2 c
coconut
1 pinch
salt

unbaked pie shell

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
