Individual Rustic Apple Galettes
- premade, 9-in pie crust, divide in half
- apples, peeled if desired, cored and thin sliced
- 2-3 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten
- a small amount of raw sugar
In a medium bowl combine apple slices and sugar mixture.
Gather up the crust to partially cover the apple slices.
If you don't have ramekins, line a baking sheet with parchment, place the apples in the middle of the pie crust, leave about a 2 inch border all the way around. Gather up the crust to partially cover the apple slices
and bake the galettes on the baking sheet.
