I make these often to take to pot luck dinners or when my husband goes fishing with his buddies. They are easy and alway a big hit and they travel well. I usually double the recipe because they go very quickly!

Ingredients For individual pecan pies

  • 12
    individual frozen pie shells
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extrat

How To Make individual pecan pies

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange pie shells on baking sheet. Put 1 heaping tablespoon chopped pecans in each shell, dividing equally among shells. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup, sugar and eggs. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour filling into pie shells, dividing equally among shells. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until pies are golden brown.
