Jimmy is going to make his "secret" gumbo on Monday, the 1st day they are here. I will bake a birthday cake that day (it's his friends bday) and some fresh bread. The next day we are going to smoke a ham and a turkey breast. Jimmy will do that and I'll make the side dishes and I'm think this dessert that day. Wednesday I think just a good old southern stay home cooked meal. This could change...lol

We have company coming next week, think I may use this for one of our dessert. Sound delish and so easy too. I've been so nervous about this visit. These are Jimmy's lifelong friends and I've never met them before. He hasnt see them in 10 years. I want everything to be so perfect.
