Impossible Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients

3 can(s)
peaches, 16 ounce each, drained
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg
1 c
whipping cream
2
eggs
3/4 c
sugar
2/3 c
biscuit mix
sweetened whipped cream

STREUSEL

1 Tbsp
butter, firm
1/4 c
biscuit mix
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/3 c
slivered almonds

Step-By-Step

1You may subsitute 3 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches for the canned.
2Heat oven to 375.
3Grease 10" pie plate.
4Pat peach slices dry; place in plate.
5Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; toss.
6Spread evenly in plate.
7Beat remaining ingredients except streusel and sweetened whipped cream until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high.
8Pour into plate.
9Sprinkle with streusel.
10Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.
11Top each serving with whipped cream.
12STREUSEL: Cut butter into bisquick and sugar until crumbly; stir in almonds.
