I was given this recipe years ago by a Chef at a restaurant in upstate NY It's fantastic, cool and refreshing. This recipe will make 2 pies but I use a big pie plate and pile it high, very pretty.

favorite graham cracker crusts
1 can(s)
14oz sweetened condensed milk
9 oz prepared whipped topping
4 Tbsp
lemon juice
16 oz can(s)
cruhed pineapple (drained)
chopped walnuts for topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat together
condensed milk,whipped topping and lemon juice.
fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
Pour into 2 med sized prepared graham cracker crust, (or one large) sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top, refrigerated about 4 hours

My Mom gave me her recipe years ago for Strawberry cream pie. Very similar to this recipe except she did not use the whipped cream in the base part of the pie but spread it on top of the pie before serving. It is delicious using summer fresh strawberries. Just clean and slice the berries and gently mix into the beaten sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. (4 TBLS = 1/4 cup). I haven't made this pie in years but after seeing the posted one, I think I will buy ingredients and make for my family.

I made this a couple of nights ago and OMG!!! It is sooo good! Thank you for sharing this. Very easy and tastes scrumptious!
