large sour cream
lemonds (freshly squeezed) this is to taste
1 pkg
vanilla wafers cookies
1 stick
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large deep pie shell, used crushed vanilla wafers and stick of melted butter or margarine. Line by pressing into pie plate set in frig for 1/2 hour while preparing the rest of ingred's
in a large bowl, add large container of sour cream, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and by your taste up to 3 fresh squeezed lemons. (a little at a time, this can be sweet or tart, my family likes it just about tart. Mix by hand, no beaters until smooth. cover with plastic top or wrap over night to set up ( U may also line the sides of the pie plate with remaining vanilla wafers, fill to almost brim. Great for decorating for the holidays, serve with or with out topping. Easy fast and delish!
