Gram's Rhubarb Pie

- chopped rhubarb
- frozen 9-inch deep dish pie crust
- 1 1/2 c
- 3 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp
- freshly grated nutmeg

- 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted
1Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2Place chopped rhubarb in frozen pie crust, spread evenly on bottom. Set aside.
3In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour and nutmeg.
4Add the eggs and melted butter. Mix well.
5Pour egg mixture evenly over rhubarb. (Mixture will be thick.)
6Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and bake 30-35 minutes longer
7Remove from oven and cool. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
