Cafe South's Pecan Pie

- 8 Tbsp
- butter (either salted/unsalted)
- 1 c
- 3 tsp
- white vinegar
- 1 tsp
- 1 c
- pecan pieces
- unbaked pie shell
1Melt butter in a large glass mixing bowl. I just throw mine in the microwave for one minute.
2Then just add the rest of the ingredients in this order. Mixing quick and well after placing the eggs so they don't cook!
3Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 for 55 minutes.
Cool on wire rack until completely cooled. This pie should cool fully before serving. I usually place in the fridge after its cooled.
