  Add cornstarch and heat these 3 ingredients together.

  Add red food coloring drops, to your liking.

  Stir and cook until thick.

  Remove from heat.

  Add strawberries.

  Pour all ingredients into pie shell.

  Top with Cool Whip.

  Chill in refrigerator until firm, preferably overnight.
