Ingredients For fresh peach pie

3egg yolks

1 csugar

1/2 ccornstarch

1 pinchsalt

1 Tbspvanilla

1/4 stickbutter

2 1/2 cmilk

8 lgpeaches, sprinkle with lemon juice

1 cpowered sugar

29 inch baked pie shells

1 ptsweetend whipped cream
How To Make fresh peach pie

1With electric mixer beat eggs yolks and sugar until lemon colored. Add cornstarch, salt, vanilla. Add milk a little at a time until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add 1/2 stick of butter and let cool. Toss peaches with powered sugar. Spread 1/2 of the custard in the bottom of each pie crust. Top with peaches and whip cream.

2Note: I use the custard in one pie and 4 large peaches.
