This is a family favorite I, my mom and her mom and so on have made for many years. I have tried others but none compare to this one. I have eaten other pies to include store bought and restaurant and none compare to this one. I have added a tiny twist by adding a little brandy to it.
So pull up a seat and indulge! ENJOY!

Ingredients

1 c
cane sugar
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp
clove, ground
1/2 tsp
allspice, ground
1/2 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp
ginger powder
1/2 tsp
sea salt
2 large
eggs
1 2/3 c
evaporated milk (carnation)
1 1/2 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 Tbsp
brandy
1
unbaked pie shell

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 425*F

Beat eggs with milk then combine the rest of the ingredients and beat for 2 min. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 425* for 15 min.
turn oven to 350*F
Bake at 350*F for 45 min. the remainder.

Stick pick into center, if it comes oout clean it is done. Remove to cooling rack or set on crossed butter knives to cool.
