ELLEN'S CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE
(8 oz. ea.) softened cream cheese
(4 oz.) german sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
1In a small bowl or measuring cup, melt the chocolate in microwave; let cool.
2Set out the cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
3In a large bowl, add sugar to the cream cheese, blending well.
4Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add vanilla.
5Measure 2 Cups of cheese mixture in a separate bowl and fold in chocolate.
6Add lemon juice to remaining cheese mixture and pour into well-buttered 10-inch pie pan. Top with the chocolate mixture.
7Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack and then chill.
8May garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls.
