It is a holiday Custard pie!!! :-D

I make it with my own eggnog recipe, I highly suggest using a good quality eggnog that you trust.

Ingredients

1 1/3 c
eggnog
4
egg yolks
2 large
eggs
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1/2 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
sour cream
3 Tbsp
spiced rum
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp
coffee syrup
1
unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350'F
2In a large mixing bowl, blend eggnog, together with eggs and sugar. Then add egg yolks one at a time. Completely incorporate.
3Add sour cream, rum, coffee syrup, vanilla. Blend until completely incorporated.
4Add flour and cinnamon. Blend completely then pour out until pie shell.
5Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is set and pie is slightly golden.
