1Add enough water to canned milk to make 2 cups and bring milk to scalding(just bubbly around edges)
2beat eggs, sugar and flavorings together well.
3Add milk while beating, mix thoroughly. I use a blender to mix mine in, no worries of eggs cooking while adding hot milk.
4Pour into 9 inch pie crust and bake at lower level of oven @ 375 for 15 minutes. Lower temperature and bake until pie is jiggly.( Looks like it's not done but will finish cooking and firm up as it cools)
