Easy Strawberry Pie

- graham cracker pie crust
- 2 qt
- fresh strawberries
- 1 Tbsp
- 1 pkg
- strawberry glaze ( any brand you like)
- egg white
1Preheat oven to 375.
2Wash strawberries and pat dry. Cut off tops, core them and slice them in half. Place in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Add strawberry gel and put bowl in refrigerator while you bake the crust.
3Beat the egg white and brush evenly over the sides and bottom of the crust.Bake on a baking sheet until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Completely cool crust.
4Spoon strawberry filing into crust and chill until ready to eat.
* Use cool whip and graham cracker crumbs to garnish.
** If taking to a place outside, do not top with whip cream until ready to serve, it will melt and run every where.
*** You can use 1 tbsp of splenda instead of sugar if you prefer.
