Jami's Story

I had these things in my baking cabinet and decided to give it a try and it turned out super yummy. I will be making all the time. If you like coconut cream pie then you will love this easy substitute.

Ingredients

1
gram cracker pie crust
1 can(s)
pineapple pie filling
1 c
coconut, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix pineapple pie filling and 1/2 cup shredded coconut and pour into pie crust.

Spread remaining coconut over top of pie.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until coconut on top looks toasted.

One of the only grocery store my town has is a Super Walmart so this is where I always go. It was in the baking section with all the other pie fillings. I hope you can find it!
