I had these things in my baking cabinet and decided to give it a try and it turned out super yummy. I will be making all the time. If you like coconut cream pie then you will love this easy substitute.
gram cracker pie crust
pineapple pie filling
1Mix pineapple pie filling and 1/2 cup shredded coconut and pour into pie crust.
2Spread remaining coconut over top of pie.
3Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until coconut on top looks toasted.
