Ingredients For easy lemon pie

1 lg boxlemon jell-o (4 serving size)

2/3 cboiling water

2 cice cubes
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 tsplemon zest, grated

1 - 8 oz. pkgcool whip, thawed

1graham cracker pie crust
How To Make easy lemon pie

1In medium bowl dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add ice cubes, lemon juice & zest, stirring for 3 minutes or until mixture thickens.

2Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in cool whip. Refrigerate until mixture mounds when spooned.

3Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 4 - 5 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in frigerator.
