Quick & easy but will not do as well if it's raining. Meringue is fickle!

Ingredients

3
eggs, separated
1/2 c
sugar
1 can(s)
eagle brand condensed milk
1/2 c
key lime juice
1
graham cracker pie crust

Step-By-Step

1Separate yolk for pie and retain whites for meringue in small bowl. Place crust in oven while preheating (350) for apprx 10 mins this will keep it crsip.
2Beat eggs on med speed while adding sugar, condensed milk and lime juice.
3Pour into crust. Top with meringue and bake until top is brown. About 25 mins.
4Meringue: Beat whites on high speed, add 1 tablespoon sugar and a 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Beat until peaks form then drop on pie creating peaks with spoon.
