- 4 c
- fruit, i use berries, or apples or peaches
- 2/3 c
- sugar, or splenda( if you like it sweeter, go for more)
- 1 stick
- butter, unsalted, i like it better.
- 1 c
- 1/2 c
- 1 pinch
- 1 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
1Heat fruit, add sugar. Melt butter in baking dish, small square one.
2mix batter of:
flour, milk, baking powder, pinch of salt. Pour over melted butter in Pan. Then pour fruit over the top. DO NOT STIR!!!
3Bake for 30 minutes @ 325 degrees. Very easy. The crust bakes out over the fruit. YUMMMMMMM
