My Dad has Alzheimer's and I came up with this recipe for him he loves cheesecake and I can whip these up in thirty minutes or less as a treat for him and Mom.

Ingredients For easy cheesecake

  • 3 pkg
    softened cream cheese
  • 1
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pkg
    dream whip
  • 1
    lemon
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1
    small sour cream

How To Make easy cheesecake

    Large bowl whip heavy whipping cream, Dream Whip, juice from one lemon till thickened
  • 2
    Add sugar, vanilla, almond extract and one small container of sour cream and mix well.

    Add softened cream cheese and whip with mixer till fluffy and all ingredients are incorporated.

    After whipping pour into two graham cracker crust and chill.

    My husband loves Key lime pie so before putting all the filling in crust I half it and to one part I add half a box of lime Jello
