Ingredients For easy apple enchiladas

  • 2 pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 oz size
  • 2
    granny smith apples, large
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 can
    citrus flavored soda, 12 oz

How To Make easy apple enchiladas

  • 1
    Peel, core and quarter apples, then halve each quarter. Unroll crescent rolls and separate at the perforations; place an apple section at the large end and roll to small end. Place apple rolls in rows in a 9 x 13 x 2 glass oven-proof dish.

    Melt butter, stir in sugar and cinnamon. Pour over rolled apples. Pour citrus soda over rolls.

    Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
