Another option that I like better than the pie is to make the filling and put it in custard cups and top as with the pie. Every bit as good and it saves those extra calories and fat.

    (8-ounce) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg
    (4-serving) sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 1 c
    skim milk
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    almond extract, divided
  • 1 c
    fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1
    (9-ounce) sugar-free chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 2 tsp
    sugar-free instant chocolate drink mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped or sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp
    mini dark chocolate chips

How To Make diabetic loco cocoa cream cheese pie

    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, dry pudding mix, milk, and water. Mix well with a wire whisk. Mix in 1 teaspoon almond extract, and 1/4 cup whipped topping.

    Pour mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate about 20 minutes.

    In a small bowl, combine remaining 3/4 cup whipped topping, remaining almond extract, and instant chocolate drink mix.
