Delightful Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie

Found a recipe like this years ago and have been making my own version of it ever since I lost the clipping from back then.

Ingredients

graham cracker pie crust

CREAM CHEESE LAYER

4 oz
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 1/2 c
whipping cream

PUMPKIN LAYER

3 1/2 oz
(the samll box) instant vanilla pudding
1 can(s)
whole milk
1
thawed container of pumpkin pie filling (see my recipe for fresh frozen pumpkin pie filling)
or
15 oz
pumpkin
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ginger
1/4 tsp
cloves
1/4 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Whip together the cream cheese, sugar, and cream.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in the graham cracker crust. And place in refrigerator 5-10 minutes while you mix the pumpkin layer.

Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the cream cheese layer in pie crust. Refrigerate 8-10 hours.
