Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef, cooked and drained
2 can(s)
(28-oz) diced tomatoes, drained
2 c
frozen whole kernel corn
1 can(s)
(2 1/4 oz) sliced black olives, drained
1 medium
onion, diced
1 pkg
(1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 pkg
(16-oz) cornbread mix
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, diced tomatoes, corn, olives, onion, and taco seasoning; mix well then pour into a 6-quart slow cooker (lined with slow cooker liner for easy cleanup).

Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions, when spoon over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover and cook on high setting for 3 hours, or on low setting for 6 hours.
