I found this recipe years ago and I just love it. It is so easy yet so tasty.

Ingredients

1 3/4 c
cold milk
2 pkg
(4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 can(s)
(6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1
(8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
1
graham cracker pie crust
1 can(s)
redi-whip for garnishing
lemon slices or zest, if desired, for garnish

Directions Step-By-Step

In a medium bowl, pour milk; add pudding mixes and beat with a wire whisk for @ 30 seconds.

Add lemonade concentrate. Mixture will begin to thicken.

Immeiately fold in whipped topping.

Spoon into pie crust.

Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

Decorate the pie with the redi-whip as desired.

Garnish with lemon slices or zest, if desired.

Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
