Ingredients

eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
cranberries, fresh or frozen, chopped
1 c
golden corn syrup
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 c
pecans, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp
grated orange rind
1
9 inch pie crust

Step-By-Step

1In medium bowl, stir together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter and vanilla until well blended.

2Stir in pecans, cranberries and orange rind.

3Pour into pastry shell.

4Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

5Cool on wire rack.

6If desired, serve with whipped cream.
