- pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 c
- 1 c
- 1 stick
- margarine, melted
- 1/4 c
- shortening, melted
1Butter one 10 or 11-inch pie plate.
2Cover bottom of plate with cranberries; sprinkle with pecans and 1/2 cup sugar. Let set.
3Mix eggs, remaining sugar, flour, margarine and shortening; pour over pecans and cranberries.
4Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees or till brown around edges.
