This is a great pie I make it all year ..A friend gave me this recipe years ago and I have made it many times .. This looks like you have worked all day .. Cranberries are not just for the holidays ... Will post photo next week ...

Ingredients

21-oz can of cherry pie filling
1
16-oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/4. Cup
sugar
3 Tbsp
quick cooking tapioca
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
butter, cold
milk
combine all but butter , and milk . let stand 15 minutes

9 inch pre made double pie crust

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Line 9 inch pie plate with half of pie crust , add filling . Dot with butter .

Take the top of the pie crust and cut into lattice strips .place lattice crust over filling , seal and flute edges . Brush lattice top with milk .

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown ( cover edge of crust with foil after 15 minutes to prevent over browning ) Makes 1 pie

Cool before cutting
