In a large mixing bowl, beat together Ingredients (cream cheese,1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla) on medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spread over the bottom of the pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans
In the clean large bowl of the mixer, a medium speed. beat the remaining 3 eggs until frothy. Add the corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, the salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until blended. Gently pour the mixture over the pecans.
Bake in a preheated oven on 375 degrees until knife in center and edge comes out clean - 40 minutes.
Place on a wire rack to cool before cutting.
