Ingredients

eggs,beaten
1 1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
butter or margarine,melted
1 Tbsp
vinegar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
flaked coconut
1
9in pastry shell
toasted coconut (optional)

Step-By-Step

1combine first 6 ingredients; beat well stir in 1 cup of coconut; pour into pastry shell. Bake at 325degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set(may take longer than 50) cool on a wire rack. garnish with toasted coconut if desired. ENJOY
