Mix the cream, vanilla and sugar in medium bowl. Mix well.Sift baking cocoa, flour, and salt together 3 times. Add to cream mixture and mix well. Spoon into chilled pie shell and sprinkle evenly with pecans.
Bake at 375 to 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes more or til set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 6
