Who doesn't love a pumpkin pie??
Made this pie for our thanksgiving weekend with the sugar sweet pumpkins from our garden.
Gave it a face for a festive fall feel. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

9 inch pie crust
2 c
prepared cooked pumpkin...i used fresh but canned is ok too
1 1/2 c
evaporated milk
2 large
eggs
1/2 c
brown sugar, packed
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
allspice, ground
1/8 tsp
cloves

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients except pie crust; mix well.Pour into pie crust;bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.Lower temperature to 350 and bake 45 minutes or until set.
Serve with whipped cream.
