Found this recipe and gave it a try. Its so easy and a pretty pie crust. I made an apple pie, but you can do pumpkin or sweet potato pie with this crust.

Ingredients

1 pkg
pillsbury rolled pie crust (2 in package)
1/3 stick
butter, melted
cinnamon, ground

Directions Step-By-Step

take out the pie crust and let them sit for about 15 to 20 minutes, open pack of both and unroll crust, brush on melted butter and sprinkle with ground cinnamon,tightly roll crust back up and slice into 1/4 inch slices, place into pie plate starting in the middle and work your way to the rim. then mash all the gaps and holes till you have a solid crust. then fill with your favorite pie filling, and bake accordingly. makes a nice crust and taste delish..

This looks really good! I make my pie crust from scratch, but this would be something really different. I am going to try this.
