Chocolate Satin Pie

- (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 can(s)
- (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- large egg yolks
- 1 pkg
- (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1Whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in a medium saucepan.
Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until completely melted and mixture is smooth.
2Pour into crust; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Top with whipped cream before serving; sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
