I have several different ways to make Chocolate Pie, and this happens to be on of my favorite.

Ingredients For chocolate pie

1/2 c

cocoa
2 1/3 c

sugar
1/2 c

flour
1/4 tsp

salt
1 stick

margarine
4 c

milk
5 lg

egg yolks
1 tsp

vanilla
MERINGUE
5 lg

egg whites
5 Tbsp

sugar
1/2 tsp

cream of tartar
1/2 tsp

vanilla

How To Make chocolate pie

Cook over low heat (stirring) just until thick and spoon leaves a trail when taken from filling. Pour into 2 deep dish pie shells.

Make a meringue from the ingredients and spread on pies.

Brown in oven until golden brown.
