I looked through many of the 293 pages for chocolate pie and didn't find any that had these same ingredients. This is the most luscious chocolate pie I have ever tasted. Hope you enjoy it too.

Ingredients For chocolate pie

  • 2 c
    chocolate milk
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    egg yolks
  • 1/2 pkg
    milk chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make chocolate pie

  • 1
    Mix cornstarch, milks, sugar, egg yolks and chocolate chips in saucepan. Stir constantly until cornstarch, egg yolks and chocolate are completely mixed into the milks. Cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla, continue cooking until butter is melted. Pour into pre-baked 9" pie shells. Makes 2 pies.
