Chocolate Pecan Pie

This is a chocolate and pecan lovers dream pie. It has the best of both worlds in one delicious pie.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
butter, melted and cooled
1/2 c
white sugar
2/3 c
corn syrup, light
2 Tbsp
coffee liqueur
1 tsp
vanilla
2 Tbsp
a/p flour
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
2 large
eggs
1 c
whole pecans
1/2 c
mini chocolate chips
9 inch
pie crust, chilled

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place sheet pan on second lowest rack when preheating oven
2Whisk together butter, sugar, corn syrup, coffee liqueur, vanilla, flour and cinnamon
3add eggs and mix well
4Place on heated sheet pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, until golden and puffed all over.Check after 40 minutes. Foil crust if needed. Cool a minimum of 2 hours.
