Ingredients
| 1/2 c | light karo syrup |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 c | sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | butter |
| 1/2 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 c | chopped pecans |
| 3/4 c | chocolate chips |
| 1 | pie crust shell |

Directions
Mix all ingredients together except pecan halves. Pour into a pie shell. Top with pecan halves.
When completely cool top with ice cream or cool whip. This is one great recipe and if you love pecan pie like I do you will love this recipe.

The time listed on the top of the recipe shows 1 hour, but there's no temperature anywhere. If the "normal" temperature for a pecan pie is 350° for 45 minutes, I'm guessing to either do it at that temperature for that time, or at, maybe, 300° for 1 hour. I HAVE to try this recipe. If you have, please let me know what you did, as the poster doesn't seem to be responding, unfortunately. Once I do it, I'll post an update.
