Chocolate Pecan Pie is my favorite pie. I dont like the way so may recipes are made and I have never been able to buy one that is true chocolate pecan pie. So I came up with this recipe. My husband doesnt like pie at all but when he tasted this he LOVED it. So now it is made on all holidays.And if he has been a good boy I make it for him on his birthday.

Ingredients For chocolate pecan pie my way

  • 1/2 c
    light karo syrup
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1
    pie crust shell

How To Make chocolate pecan pie my way

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together except pecan halves. Pour into a pie shell. Top with pecan halves. When completely cool top with ice cream or cool whip. This is one great recipe and if you love pecan pie like I do you will love this recipe.
