Ingredients
- 8 squares semi sweet baking chocolate
- 1/4 cup chocolate milk
- 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 - 8 oz. packages cool whip, thawed
- 1 oreo pie crust
- GARNISH:
- 1 square semi sweet baking chocolate
How To Make chocolate mousse pie

Step 1Microwave chocolate & milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Add sugar & vanilla to cool whip; stir until well blended. Stir 1/2 into chocolate mixture. Add remaining cool whip mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into crust.

Step 3Refrigerate 4 hours.

Step 4Grate additional semi sweet chocolate; sprinkle over pie just before serving.
