Ingredients

10 oz
coconut macaroon cookies
1 c
heavy cream
16 oz
finely chopped semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
1/2 c
raspberries
2 Tbsp
slivered orange peel

Step-By-Step

1Press the cookies into and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
2Pour boiling heavy cream over the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and stir until smooth. Pour into the cookie crust.
3Chill for 6 hours and top with raspberries and slivered orange peel. Enjoy!
